All plumbing services provided by RB Plumbing are non-refundable once completed, except in the case of certain circumstances outlined below.

2. Service Completion and Satisfaction

We aim to ensure that all plumbing services are completed to the highest standard. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, please contact us immediately within 7 days of the service completion. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve any issues.

In cases where a mistake or defect is found in our work, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost. This is not a refund but a commitment to remedying any service-related problems.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Non-Completion of Service: If a job has been paid for but not completed within the agreed timeframe due to issues caused by our team.

Overcharging: If you were incorrectly billed for services not performed, a refund will be issued for the overcharged amount.

Incorrect Service: If a service was performed that you did not request and we failed to confirm, we may provide a refund for the portion of the service that was not authorized.
4. No Refunds for

Work Already Performed: Once the service is completed and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for personal preference changes or if you no longer need the service after the job is completed.

Third-Party Issues: Any issues arising due to third-party contractors, materials, or suppliers will not be eligible for a refund.

Negligence or Misuse: If damage occurs due to the customer's negligence or improper use of plumbing systems, no refund will be issued.
